“Fantastic work from Frank. A complete strip and and refit of our bathroom. Frank is a thoroughly nice guy and very conscientious about his quality of work. He put us in touch with Pauline at Plumbase who helped enormously with choices of furniture and sanitary ware. He used Sean Kerry (Tile and Stone Solutions) for tiling who as ever was superb (we’ve used him before). Tiles from Elite tiling at Manston. Again very helpful there. Frank simply just got on with it. We’re delighted with the finish. Many thanks Frank and team.”

“I had to wait quite a time for Frank from Bluebay Bathrooms to become available to tackle the work in my bathroom, but I am now very glad that I did. Frank was happy for me to supply my own fittings and tiles and arrived exactly on time and completed the work right on schedule and to budget. It is only a small bathroom and seperate toilet in a very ordinary bungalow, but the work has nevertheless been completed with obvious care and attention to detail. The installation of a new bath, sink, toilet and shower is perfect and the quality of the tiling is superb. Thanks for that goes to a gentleman by the name of Sean who I never actually got to meet. Disruption from what can be a very messy job was kept to a minimum, and everything left clean and tidy. Selecting the right tradesman for a job is often quite a daunting task, but I would have no hesitation in recommending Frank and his team, confident that they would do a good job.”

“WOW, What a brilliant full bathroom conversion. Frank and the guys he uses (Sean the tiller and Pete the sparkie) have done the most wonderful job in turning our bathroom from worst room in flat into the best. The workmanship is excellent and everything and I mean everything is done to a higher standard than we ever thought possible. After we decided to hire Bluebay we hit a problem with our ventilation but Frank worked hard and we found a solution to this, Frank and Tanya are an excellent team, easy to communicate with, friendly and highly professional. “Frank of Bluebay Bathrooms fitted a new shower,toilet, wash basin and tiled the walls and floor in my upstairs bathroom. Frank also converted a downstairs dark cloakroom into a nice warm, bright second toilet with wash basin, lowered the ceiling and tiled the walls and floor. His prices were very competitive and fair and Frank was very positive in his approach to the work. He was always on time , very reliable and polite. “Frank is a true professional- when he came to fit our bathroom 2 weeks ago he was polite, respectful and hard working. He kept disruption to a minimum, listened to what we wanted and no request was too difficult. We had an oddly positioned toilet but Frank managed to work around the problem and come up with a solution with no hesitation. He adapted to our change of plan at the last minute and kindly painted the walls for us. A lovely man that you really can trust......I just wish Frank could fit our kitchen!!!”

“I have no hesitation in recommending Frank Pettit of Blue Bay. He gave a reasonable and sensible quotation for removing a bath and installing a shower cubicle. The work was executed in an excellent manner, including matching up the existing tiling in the bathroom. He was punctual, clean, very pleasant to deal with and thoughtful. He kept his word re the quote and even threw the fitting of a handrail and solved a sewage problem into the bargain. His "front of house" Tanya is also a pleasure to deal with. He is now our "designated" plumber.”

“Francis Pettit designed a refit of our bathroom then removed our main bathroom, then re-fitted the shower, wc, bathroom furniture, underfloor heating and down-lighters. He then tiled the floor and walls. His work was absolutely first class without a doubt. He really impressed us with his hard work getting the job done before Christmas. His price was also the best out of four quotes we received. We were very happy with his work and after the new year have hired Francis to completed more work throughout our house. We would highly recommend Francis to anyone.”
